A woman driving in Melbourne's east with three young children in the car has recorded an alleged blood-alcohol level of .196. Ringwood police were called to reports of a car being driven erratically, narrowly missing a tree, in Croydon Hills just after 5pm on Thursday. When police stopped the car they found the woman had three passengers, two aged four and one aged six.
